Seeds of Bravery grant and the Seal of Excellence

We’re executing the Seeds of Bravery grant and have received the Seal of Excellence. This post shares product progress and the impact on scaling.

We have become beneficiaries of the Seeds of Bravery program under the Rebuild Ukraine track and received a Seal of Excellence for the quality and innovation of our solution. These are two parallel outcomes: financial support to advance the product and access to an extended package of non-financial services within the EU innovation ecosystem.

This is an important step for our platform for collective sales of aging housing stock and for the entire team that works daily to turn distressed buildings into clearly packaged investment opportunities.

We are directing the funds to product improvements:

  • enhancing algorithms for co-owner aggregation and consent coordination;
  • developing services for residents and for investors/developers;
  • strengthening analytical modules and internal dashboards.

The Seal of Excellence confirms that our approach is both technologically and organizationally viable, with strong potential for scale.

We will use the program tools that actually speed up execution. We start with targeted introductions to investors and accelerators — not “100 meetings for the sake of meetings,” but a handful of precise connections where our case makes sense. Through Market Fast-Track and soft-landing sessions, we refine go-to-market and partnership models on real deals. In parallel, we prepare market entries with EEN (Enterprise Europe Network) and keep OnePass Bridge at hand as a convenient channel to share materials with investors. UA Tech Tickets means being present where demand forms: sector events, coworking spaces, and practical networking — without extra noise.

Why this matters: to scale the collective-sale model faster and safer — less manual work, more standardization, a shorter path from idea to signed documents and agreed terms.

The result benefits every stakeholder. Residents get a transparent deal path with clear relocation options. Investors and developers get standardized, de-risked cases with shorter decision cycles. Cities gain a working instrument to renew housing stock without budget spending — with measurable social impact.

We’ll keep gratitude without fanfare: thank you to Seeds of Bravery for the tools and environment. Our part is simple — execute calmly and consistently: deploy the grant, strengthen the product, and use the recognition where it adds speed and trust.
