About the DOMOVA project

In Ukraine, over 30,000 buildings have been recognized as run-down and emergency. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 150,000 buildings have been damaged due to the war. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families have been left homeless or live in dangerous conditions.

The country lacks the experience in effectively implementing renewal projects of the run-down neighborhoods and reconstructing the housing stock, and there exists no mechanism in the whole world to unite apartment owners of decrepit buildings to sell the entire building in one fell swoop.
To change this, we created the DOMOVA platform, which unites owners of run-down and war-damaged housing stock for the beneficial sale of the entire building to investors and developers. We are planning to develop our platform in all European markets to attract investors.
«Our goal is to help owners of damaged and run-down buildings profitably sell their real estate, creating profitable investment projects, renovating historic cities, and giving new life to architectural monuments. We are creating a unique investment tool that will change the real estate market and favor all its participants.»
