Register on the site as a buyer and confirm your phone number. You can register only one account, either a seller or a buyer, by one phone number only. Using the map, select the house you are interested in and submit a buy request. Our manager will reach out to you to clarify the details.
Registration and submission of a buy request is currently free – the platform is in test mode. The cost of accompanying the purchase of a house is agreed individually with each buyer. The total cost of services depends on the complexity of the agreement and the amount of required work.
Use the interactive map on the site – which has more than 5,000 houses. Apply filters in your personal account by house condition, sales status, percentage of sale requests. Choose houses with the highest percentage of sales requests for an easier purchase.
Buying through the DOMOVA platform allows you to choose a house where all owners have agreed to sell. The process of buying a house involves agreeing on the price and concluding preliminary contracts with all 100% of the owners of the house before signing the purchase contracts, which ensures transparency and control of the process by the buyer.
The house card shows the average cost of 1 square meter based on requests from apartment owners. In the buy request, the buyer offers his price for 1 sq.m. on the basis of which the total price of the house is calculated. The final price of the house is negotiated between the buyer and the owners.
